"Super Potato is a fast and casual restaurant that we serve baked potatoes," Ortiz explained. "It’s a huge big potato, and you can put all the meat that you want or all our fresh toppings. So, yes, it’s a full meal."

Patrons can indulge in baked potatoes inspired by American classics, such as the bacon chicken ranch, cheeseburger, and pulled pork coleslaw.
